“We watched the building construction process from start to finish and felt like we grew with the building. The beautiful, spacious apartments themselves helped us in the decision making process and led us to choose Washington Crossing. They are very comfortable in many ways, but especially because they each have their own individual thermostats and temperature control. I also really like the convenient location because Mother is much closer to me.
The staff is absolutely great; people need to know that when they move here, they will be among friends. My mother is so comfortable with Brook; she is the cornerstone of Washington Crossing. The things that I like best about Washington Crossing are that I have no worries about my mother. There is always someone nearby and I know that she is well taken care of and that her needs are being met.
My mother has a hard time making friends, but she has definitely made friends at Washington Crossing. The new people who move in are accepted very well and the community grows together and has become a family. My mother loves the delicious meals that are prepared for her here as well as the wonderful service that she receives from Karen daily when she serves them; my husband and I love to join mother for meals. Mother has told me several times that this is her favorite place that she has lived, and she even lived with me for a while!”
